The MN State Baptist Women’s Auxiliary presents the 1st Annual Christian All White Affair Fundraiser, Aug. 15th @ OM Restaurant from 6pm-9pm.

Bernice Brown Gregory – Soloist, a native and resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A member of Holding Forth the Word of Life Ministries where she directs the Praise Team Ministry vocals. Bernice has been singing since the age of nine years old. Featured in the Bobby Jones New Artist Show Case in Hollywood, Florida and positioned to share a lead vocal on stage with the Queen of Gospel, Pastor Shirley Caesar. In past times she has sang with Stellar Award Winners James Grear & Company, Grammy Nominated Excelsior Choral Ensemble, North High Minneapolis Black Choir, Minnesota Gospel Sounds (MGS) and Robert “Eddie” Robinson.
Patricia Lacy-Aiken – Soloist, of the grammy winning group, the Sounds of Blackness, a native of Minnesota, and former backup singer to the legendary late Luther Vandross. Patty reins from a family of talented gospel singers.
The Sons of Faith – Quartet, of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their freshman project is “Take It To Jesus.” Members of this gospel quartet are Thomas Young, Orlando Neal, Colin Brown and Charles Yates. Members of the group have performed with The Golden Swans, The Soulful Messengers, The Blind Boys Of Alabama and Mississippi, The Soul Stirrers and The Heavenly Stars.
Ro-Land Buckner – Christian Rapper of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ro-Land is a member of Light of the World Christian Center and has been rappin’ since he was 12 years old.
Women of Praise – Praise Dancers from Greater Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in north Minneapolis.
“Joseph Cleophus Johnson” – lead character in the gospel play “My Man or My Child” written by William Pierce aka “Cleophus”. William is a preacher, writer, and producer who portrays the comedic character of Joseph Cleophus Johnson.
